|Brief Description of Duties:
• Serve on institutional committees as requested. • Participate as member of Departmental Executive Committee. • Develop extensive faculty practice including outreach to referring physicians • Attend required departmental conferences. • Conduct research that leads to publications and presentations. • Assist with departmental QA program. • Participate fully in University Physicians of Brooklyn practice plan with no other private practice unless approved by President and UPB. • Participate with other departmental physicians in night call at all hospitals at which on staff. • Provide attending coverage to adult and pediatric otolaryngology patients in inpatient and outpatient areas. • Provide inpatient and outpatient consolations. • Conduct faculty practice in Suite H.

|All successful candidates must undergo various background checks, maintain credentials required for continued employment and adhere to the SUNY-DMC UHB Principles of Behavior. Clinical Faculty and Allied Health professionals must receive and maintain Medical Board authorization.|
REQUIRED: • Board certified or board eligible. • Otolaryngologist who is a graduate of an ACGME-approved residency program. • Three letters of recommendation, including one from director of residency program and one from recent employer, If any needed.
